Small Group Training

NY Fitness Lab is perfect set up for you and your friends (2-5 people) to have fun and effective training in an intimate environment that will take your fitness to the next level. It comes down these facts: Achieve results at a fraction of the cost of personal training! In contrast to a Bootcamp Style training this training will be tailored to the needs of your group. The fact that there will be a maximum of 5 people training at the same time allows your coach to work closely with every individual in this group.
You will still enjoy the benefits of best in class coaching, targeted programming and ongoing accountability from your coach in charge. As part of a SGT we will assess the progress of your journey on a monthly base including a short interview, body measurements, fitness testing, weigh ins and pictures.
