Youth Athletic Training
Working with a lot of athletes from different sports, we have found that young athletes are training for skills within their sport with their coaches, but don’t typically work with a strength and conditioning or mobility specialist. These fundamentals are very important for an athlete’s performance. NY Fitness Lab Works to supplement the young athlete’s sports training by helping them to improve fundamental athletic skills, coordination, flexibility, strength and self-esteem. We also prepare the young athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility. Not only does that lead to better performance and increased productivity on the field, but it also results in a significantly reduced risk of injury.
Our experience in numerous competitive sports include, football, swimming, volleyball, tennis, rhythmic gymnastics, track & field, and golf. Training these young athletes has resulted in surpassing expectations in their sport as well as receiving awards and college scholarships.
