Kids and Teens Training
At NY Fitness Lab, we lead kids and teens through goal-setting activities, fitness education topics while we are conducting our fun strength and conditioning workouts. Our goal is to help kids of all ages develop healthy behaviors that lead to lifelong habits and wellness, not just to help them exercise. This class is great for teens who love to workout and for those who are less experienced who would like to learn a variety of ways to include more activity into their lives. We have found that kids and teens benefit through enhanced self image, which can transform how they see themselves and their trajectory in life. In this day and age, 83% of our youth under the age of 8 is dealing with obesity issues. It is crucial to provide kids with the tools for a healthy future.
